Ryvatex™ is a B2B software marketplace headquartered in DFW, Texas. We connect business owners with software tools that make their teams more productive. References to "Ryvatex™," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to the Ryvatex™ platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the platform.
- Account data: name, email address, company name, website, password (hashed — never stored in plain text).
- Purchase data: tool purchased, price paid, date of purchase. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
- Seller data: tool listings, Stripe Connect account ID, payout history, listing tier.
- Usage data: pages visited, clicks, search queries, marketplace interactions. Used to improve the platform and surface relevant tools.
- Communications: feedback submissions, contact form messages, influencer applications.
- Cookies: we use minimal first-party cookies for session management and theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and improve the Ryvatex™ marketplace
- To process purchases and split payments via Stripe Connect
- To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, listing approvals)
- To send marketing emails if you opted in at signup (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these limited cases:
- Stripe: payment processing and Connect payouts. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: our database provider. Data is stored in US-based servers.
- Mailchimp: email marketing for users who opted in. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- Tool creators: if you purchase a tool, the creator receives your email so they can deliver access and provide support.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or to protect Ryvatex™'s rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing privacy@ryvatex.com — purchase records required for financial compliance will be anonymized rather than deleted.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other laws including:
- Access — request a copy of data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

7. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), password hashing, and access controls. Payments are processed by Stripe — PCI DSS Level 1 certified. No card numbers ever touch Ryvatex™ servers.

Ryvatex™ is a business platform intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We'll update this page when our practices change and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Ryvatex™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
