1. Who We Are
Ryvatex™ is a B2B software company headquartered in DFW, Texas. We build and operate software tools — and custom builds — that help businesses run their operations. References to "Ryvatex™," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Ryvatex™ and its services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the platform.
- Account data: name, email address, company name, website, password (hashed — never stored in plain text).
- Billing data: your plan, subscription status, and payment history. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
- Business content you store in the tools: the records you create while using the tools — such as jobs, clients, inventory, appointments, invoices, staff, schedules, photos, and notes. This is your data; we store and process it to provide the tools to you and your team.
- Team data: if you invite team members, we store their name, email, role, and the permissions you assign them.
- Usage & analytics data: pages visited, clicks, search queries, and feature interactions. Used to operate and improve the platform.
- Communications: feedback submissions, contact form messages, support requests, and beta or waitlist applications.
- Cookies & analytics: we use minimal first-party cookies for session management and theme preference, and Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate, secure, and improve the Ryvatex™ tools and platform
- To process subscription payments and manage your plan via Stripe
- To power AI features you choose to use
- To send transactional emails (account, billing, and service notices)
- To send marketing emails if you opted in at signup (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers ("subprocessors") that make the platform work, and only as needed:
- Stripe: payment processing and subscription billing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: our database and authentication provider. Data is stored on US-based servers.
- Vercel: our hosting and content-delivery provider, which serves the site to your browser.
- Anthropic: our AI provider. When you use an AI feature, the relevant input is sent to Anthropic to generate a response. Anthropic processes it to return that response and does not use it to train its models.
- Google Analytics: aggregate, privacy-conscious usage analytics.
- Mailchimp: email delivery for users who opted in. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- Your team: if you invite team members, the business content in your account is visible to those members according to the permissions you grant them.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or to protect Ryvatex™'s rights.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing cstephens@ryvatex.com — purchase records required for financial compliance will be anonymized rather than deleted.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or other laws including:
- Access — request a copy of data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate data
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

7. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), password hashing, and access controls. Your account's data is isolated at the database level so that other customers cannot access it. Payments are processed by Stripe — PCI DSS Level 1 certified. No card numbers ever touch Ryvatex™ servers.
8. Children
Ryvatex™ is a business platform intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We'll update this page when our practices change and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Ryvatex™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
