Job Sites replaces the group chats, whiteboards, and spreadsheets that run most crews. Here's the full tour, in the order a job actually flows.
Win the work: the Bid Board
Track every bid from draft to won or lost. Before you send one, run AI Bid Review — it reads the bid like a skeptical client and flags the gaps: missing scope lines, vague exclusions, numbers that don't add up. Mark outcomes when you hear back; your win rate becomes data the AI uses to sharpen future reviews. Won a bid? Convert it into a job in one tap.
See everything: the Live Map
Every active job is a pin on one map — status, crew, and progress at a glance. It's the view you leave open on the shop screen: where everyone is, what's running, what's stuck.
Inside a job: the workspace
Each job opens into tabs that cover the whole lifecycle: Overview (the vitals), Checklist (the work), Gantt (the plan), People, Hours, Budget, Incidents, Photos, Inventory, and Invoices. A few standouts:
- AI Scope Generator — in the checklist tab, describe the job and it drafts the phased task list so you start from a real scope instead of a blank page.
- Generate Groups — repetitive work (Room 1–24, Panel A–F) stamps a task template across every unit in one click.
- Drawings to tasks — upload shop drawings or photos in the Import tab; pick the sheets to scan and it turns them into a phased checklist with materials.
- Photos with AI captions — document the site and let the AI write the caption.
The schedule that plans itself
The Gantt tab (with a calendar view of the same plan) is a scheduler, not a drawing tool. Give it three inputs:
- Pin what's fixed. A task gets a planned date only when it truly must start that day — an inspection, a delivery. Everything unpinned renders as "Up next" suggestions packed into free capacity. When a day runs over, only real collisions push; a slack day later absorbs the backlog and your pins snap back to their dates.
- Tell it the crew. Capacity is crew-hours — site hours × people on site, with per-day overrides and company days off the scheduler skips like weekends. Your due date shows as a marker with an overrun warning the moment the plan flows past it.
- Let history set the hours. Task times shows what each task type actually takes your crew, weighted toward recent work. New tasks auto-fill with your real averages — bids and schedules self-correct from your own jobsite data.
Money and material
The Budget tab tracks spend against estimate, invoices live on the job, and the Inventory tab syncs with the Inventory tool — materials pulled on site come off the same stock the warehouse sees. Job completion is weighted by hours, not task count, so the percentage means something.
Everything above except the AI features is free. Bid review, scope generation, drawing scan, and photo captions come with the AI subscription.
