Ryvatex 1.0 is here
Today every piece of Ryvatex hits version 1.0 — the four tools, Atlas, and the AI agent roster. Here's the whole platform in one read.
The four tools — free
Run your operation on real software without paying for it. Every tool is free for up to 5 people on your team, full core functionality, no trial clock, no card:
- Job Sites — every job on one live map, with crews, budgets, checklists, and a schedule that plans itself.
- Bookings — appointments, client history, and the waitlist that refills your cancellations.
- Inventory — stock, suppliers, locations, and a radar that sees stockouts coming.
- Ledger — time, expenses, invoices, payroll rules, and true job profitability.
They sync with each other out of the box: stock scanned in the warehouse is visible from the job site, tasks pinned to a date show up in the labor schedule, work logged in Bookings can flow into Ledger.
Team seats — included, not sold separately
The free tools cover up to 5 people. Need more logins? Seats come with the AI subscription: Starter covers up to 15, Pro up to 30, and Business is unlimited — on all four tools. Your own owner login is always free and never counts against the cap.
The AI — the part that makes it Ryvatex
The paid product is the intelligence. Every AI plan unlocks the same brain across your whole team: Atlas, the operator AI that reads your live business and answers like someone who's run one, plus every in-tool AI feature — bid review, scope generation, photo scan, upsell suggestions, profitability insights. Higher tiers add AI agents — employees that run scheduled shifts over your real data:
- Starter — $199/mo, Atlas and every in-tool AI feature (up to 15 seats)
- Pro — $349/mo, adds the AI employee roster — 4 agents on duty (up to 30 seats)
- Business — $499/mo, adds Orion the lead-hunter and priority support — the full roster, unlimited seats
Agents are AI employees that run scheduled shifts over your real data — chasing overdue invoices, flagging low stock, spotting lapsing clients — and bring findings with receipts, not noise. Anything customer-facing or money-touching waits for your approval.
Custom builds
Need a tool shaped exactly like your business? A custom tool is a $500 one-time build that lands in your library next to everything else, and a full custom website with the tool built in is a $500 add-on.
