Are the tools really free?
Yes — Job Sites, Bookings, Inventory, and Ledger are free forever for up to 5 people, with no trial clock. You only pay when you want the AI.
What's the difference between the tiers?
Every paid tier unlocks the same intelligence — Atlas and every in-tool AI feature for your whole team. Pro adds the AI employee roster (agents that do work in the background), and Business adds Orion the lead-hunter plus unlimited seats. Team seats are included in every tier — no separate purchase.
Are team seats a separate cost?
No — seats are included in your plan. Free gets 5, Starter 15, Pro 30, Business unlimited. Your own owner login is always free and never counts against the cap.
What's an AI agent?
Agents are AI teammates that watch your numbers and do work — chasing overdue invoices, flagging low stock, filling cancellations, hunting new bids. They come with Pro (the core roster) and Business (the full crew, including Orion the lead-hunter).
Isn't this more than other tools?
It's all-in, not more expensive. The tools cost nothing. The AI is one flat price with no usage caps, no credits to ration, and no overage bills — and the agents do work a person would otherwise do. One recovered stockout or one won bid covers the year.
Are there usage limits on the AI?
No caps you'll ever feel. Every tier runs the same flat price with no per-action charges and no credits — the tiers differ only by which agents run for you, not by how much you can use it. (A quiet fair-use ceiling exists purely to stop abuse; a real business won't reach it.)
Can I change plans or cancel?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. If you cancel, the tools stay — you just turn the intelligence off and drop back to the free 5 seats.
