This is the agreement between you (the business subscribing) and Ryvatex (built in DFW, Texas) for the Ryvatex AI subscription. No fine-print games — if anything here is unclear, reply to any email from us and a real person will explain it.
The four Ryvatex tools are free for every account and stay free. Your subscription adds the intelligence on top, by tier: Starter — Atlas (your operator AI) plus every in-tool AI feature, team-wide; Pro — everything in Starter plus the AI staff roster; Business — everything in Pro plus Orion the lead-hunter and priority support. Seats are included in each tier. We keep improving all of it — new capability shows up in your account without you doing anything.
We're an operational intelligence company, so your subscription starts with us learning your operation: the intake you fill out (and any follow-up conversation) is what we use to tune your tools, brief Atlas on your business, and point the AI at what actually makes you money. The more real you are with us, the better it works.
Billing is monthly (or annual, at ten months' price) through Stripe, starting the day you subscribe and renewing automatically. Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us — cancellation stops future charges and your AI features run through the end of the paid period. The free tools remain yours either way, with your data intact. We don't do cancellation phone-call mazes.
Your business data is yours. We store it to run your tools, we never sell it, and we never show one business's data to another. The AI reads only your own account's data when working for you. Anonymous, aggregate signals (like which trade terms are common) may improve the platform for everyone — never names, customers, prices, or anything identifying. Export your data or ask us to delete your account at any time.
The AI is genuinely useful and genuinely not perfect. It can misread a number or suggest something you'd overrule — that's why anything that matters (sending to a customer, moving money, deleting) always waits for a human yes. Judgment calls stay yours: nothing Atlas or the agents produce is legal, tax, or accounting advice, and you're responsible for what you approve and send.
We run on serious infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic) and take reliability personally, but no software has perfect uptime and we don't promise it. If something breaks, tell us and it gets fixed fast — support is a real person, and Business-tier subscribers go to the front of the line.
Use the platform for lawful business operations — no abuse, no attempting to access other accounts' data, no reselling access. Our liability to you is capped at what you've paid us in the last twelve months. We may update this agreement as the product grows; meaningful changes get announced, and continuing to use the service accepts them. Texas law governs.
Custom work (websites, custom tools, full products through Ryvatex Studio) is scoped and priced separately per build — your build's quote and payment link describe those terms. This agreement covers the subscription.
When a build carries a monthly service fee, that monthly does not run while we're building. Your one payment step charges the build fee and securely saves your card with Stripe at $0/mo. The monthly then begins automatically — no invoice is sent — when your build goes live, or 14 days after we first deliver the build to you for review, whichever comes first, and renews monthly from that day. The review clock only starts once you can see and interact with your build; time we spend building never counts against it. This keeps it fair both ways: you never pay for a service that isn't running yet, and a finished build that's waiting only on final sign-off doesn't sit unbilled indefinitely. Cancel anytime per section 3.
This page is the plain-English summary; the full legal terms are the Terms of Service (which govern if the two ever differ) and the Privacy Policy.
