Ryvatex vs Jobber
Jobber is the category benchmark for service businesses, and if you want a finished product you can sign up for tonight, it is a good one. Ryvatex is the other answer: four free tools now, and software built around how your shop already works if the free ones do not cover it.

- You want to be running tonight without talking to anyone.
- Your work fits a standard quote → schedule → invoice shape, and you would rather adapt to good software than have software adapted to you.

Jobber is a mature product with a very large customer base, a mobile app with tens of thousands of store reviews, and a support organisation. We are one operator in Dallas–Fort Worth. If your requirement is a big vendor with 24/7 support and an app store presence, that is a real requirement and Jobber has it. If that is you, buy theirs. A comparison page that says the other product is never the answer is a sales page pretending to be a comparison, and you would find out the expensive way.
Questions people actually ask
Is Ryvatex cheaper than Jobber?
Not always, and it depends on headcount. Our four tools are free for five seats, which is cheaper than any paid plan anywhere. A custom build is $1,500–$5,000 once, which is more up front than a monthly subscription and less over a few years. Check Jobber's current pricing on their own site — subscription prices change and we are not going to quote a number here that goes stale.
Can I move my data from Jobber to Ryvatex?
Yes, if you can export it. Bring a CSV of clients, jobs and invoices to the sit-down and it gets imported. Nothing is retyped by hand.
What happens to my software if Ryvatex stops trading?
Honest version: it runs on Ryvatex infrastructure today, not on accounts in your name. The build is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript with no framework, so any competent developer can pick it up, and you get the code and your data on request. Ask for that in writing before you buy — it belongs in the agreement, not in a paragraph on a marketing page.
Do I have to buy a build to use the tools?
No. Job Sites, Bookings, Inventory and Ledger are free for up to five people, with no card and no trial clock. Plenty of shops never buy anything else, and that is a fine outcome.
